By accessing or using Magniva's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
Magniva provides an AI-powered business infrastructure platform including: AI voice agents, lead qualification and management tools, appointment booking, SMS/email automation, white label capabilities for agencies, custom AI development for enterprise clients, and analytics dashboards.
A one-time setup fee of CAD $299–$499 applies upon account activation. This covers platform onboarding, AI agent configuration, and initial integrations.
The monthly base subscription is CAD $99 per account per month. For partner accounts, this applies per client account managed.
AI call usage is billed at CAD $0.30 per minute, billed monthly in arrears based on actual AI call time.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Services for illegal activities, to violate telemarketing laws, to transmit spam, to reverse engineer the platform, or to resell without an active partner agreement.
The Services and all content are owned by Magniva. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes. You retain ownership of data you create through the Services.
Magniva's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to Magniva in the three months preceding the claim. Magniva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
